@Rakesh Bhardwaj I think in CorelDraw, to group objects you might need to select all the items first by clicking and dragging over them or using shift+click, then maybe press Ctrl+G? And to ungroup, possibly Ctrl+U? I’m not sure if it works exactly the same in all versions though. Does it work differently for text objects?

in reply to: How can I improve my aiming accuracy in fast-paced FPS games? #27481

Missing crucial shots in fast-paced shooters often comes down to a mix of muscle memory and sensitivity settings. If you’ve been practicing a lot but still struggle, it might help to lower your mouse or controller sensitivity slightly so you can make more precise adjustments quickly. Also, try incorporating aim trainers specifically designed for FPS games; those can better simulate the rapid target acquisition you need in games like Call of Duty or Apex. Lastly, make sure your hardware and display settings (like refresh rate and input lag) aren’t holding you back.

The Bezier tool in CorelDraw isn’t exactly the same as the Pen tool in Adobe Illustrator, so some workflows might differ slightly. If you’re following a tutorial in Hindi, just make sure the version of CorelDraw matches what the video shows, because tool behavior can change between updates. Also, for freehand drawing, sometimes using the Artistic Media tool alongside the Freehand tool gives smoother curves rather than relying solely on the Bezier.

@Rakesh Bhardwaj When creating paragraph styles in InDesign CC 2019, it’s important to plan how many styles you actually need based on your document structure. Don’t create too many similar styles; instead, use nested styles or character styles for variations like bold or italic inside a paragraph style. This keeps your workflow efficient and your document easier to update. Also, double-check that you’re applying styles consistently to avoid formatting headaches later.

@Rakesh Bhardwaj Tried using the Find and Change command like in the video, but it didn’t work for me at all. The changes only applied to one page instead of the whole document, even though I had “Document” selected. Not sure if it’s a bug or maybe something changed in the latest InDesign update? Frustrating!

in reply to: CorelDraw Mein Automatic Updates ko Disable Kaise Karein #27211

@Rakesh Bhardwaj CorelDRAW’s automatic update setting is actually managed through the Corel Update Manager, not directly within CorelDRAW preferences. If you want to disable auto-updates, you need to open the Corel Update Manager application separately and then uncheck the option for automatic updates there. Simply disconnecting from the internet or disabling updates within CorelDRAW itself won’t stop the updater from checking for new versions.

Adobe Table 3.0 doesn’t seem to be an official Adobe product, so it’s likely you’re referring to something else or maybe a plugin or third-party tool. If you meant Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Photoshop, those are the common Adobe apps, and they’re not free—only trial versions are. Make sure you’re downloading software from Adobe’s official site to avoid scams or malware.

@Rakesh Bhardwaj I think GREP in InDesign is like a way to search for specific patterns in your text, kind of like how you use wildcards or regular expressions in other programs. So in the Find and Change menu, you can set it to GREP mode to find things that match a pattern, like phone numbers or email addresses, and replace them all at once. Not totally sure how deep it goes, but it seems super useful for formatting or fixing repetitive stuff quickly.

@Rakesh Bhardwaj Is this macro something you run inside CorelDRAW itself? I’m guessing it automates placing photos and text fields onto the ID card template, but do you have to prepare the pictures in a specific size or format before using it? Also, does it pull data from an Excel file or something else? I’m new to macros and not sure how to set up the data source correctly.

This issue with CDR 2017 removing thumbnails for .CDR files is actually a known bug related to how the new version interacts with Windows Explorer’s thumbnail cache. One workaround is to manually clear your thumbnail cache via Disk Cleanup, then rebuild it by opening a folder with .CDR files again. Another thing to check is whether the file association for .CDR thumbnails got reset—sometimes reinstalling the software doesn’t restore the shell extension properly. If clearing the cache doesn’t help, try re-registering the thumbnail handler DLL by running a command like regsvr32 on the appropriate Corel shell extension file, though the exact DLL name can vary by installation.

@Priya Rao Tried using those macOS shortcuts mentioned in the article to speed up my design work, but most of them just don’t work on my MacBook Pro running the latest macOS Ventura. Some shortcuts conflict with app-specific ones, and the suggested tools felt more like added clutter than real time-savers. Maybe it’s just me, but I ended up wasting more time trying to configure everything than actually designing.

@Rakesh Bhardwaj CorelDRAW doesn’t provide a direct setting to increase the “recently used fonts” list size, but you can extend your workflow by pinning frequently used fonts in the font dropdown for quicker access. Alternatively, organizing your fonts via the Font Manager can help manage and access your preferred fonts more efficiently. If you’re comfortable with editing, sometimes tweaking CorelDRAW’s configuration files may increase this limit, but that requires careful backup first.

I’ve never heard of Adobe Table 3.0 before, maybe you mean Adobe Acrobat or Adobe InDesign? If it’s some old or niche software, it might not be available for free anymore, but you could try looking on Adobe’s official website or checking if there’s a trial version. Sometimes Adobe packages include features similar to tables for layout, so maybe it’s part of a bigger program?

in reply to: Windows 11 Taskbar Icons Not Centered After Update #26761

This change is normal for Windows 11 version 22H2, as Microsoft moved the default taskbar alignment to the left, matching the classic Windows style. If you want to center the icons again, right-click the taskbar, select Taskbar Settings, then under Taskbar Behaviors, change the taskbar alignment from Left to Center. That should restore the centered look you had before the update.
