Thankyou very much… sir ji maine bhi ye device market se liya tha aur baad mein pata chala ki main ise windows 7 par use nahi kar pa raha hoo.. lekine apke dwara bataye gaye tarike se main ise bade aram se use kar pa raha hoon… thankyou sir ji…

@Henu HS Maybe Windows 7 doesn’t support the drivers for that device by default? I heard sometimes you need to install compatibility mode or find older drivers from the manufacturer’s website. Could it be that your device needs some extra software to work on Windows 7? Just a guess though!
