@Rakesh Bhardwaj For creating bullet or numbered lists in Adobe InDesign CC 2019, you can use the Paragraph panel. First, select the text you want to format, then click the Bulleted List or Numbered List button in the Paragraph panel or Control bar. If these options don’t appear, make sure your Paragraph panel is visible by going to Window > Type & Tables > Paragraph. Adjust the list style and formatting by clicking the panel menu and choosing Bullets and Numbering. This approach works the same regardless of language, so following it with Hindi text should be straightforward.

Tried following the steps for creating bullet and numbered lists in InDesign CC 2019 exactly as shown, but nothing worked. The bullets just wouldn’t show up correctly, and the numbering skipped numbers randomly. Not sure if this is a problem with the Hindi tutorial or a bug in this older version of InDesign, but it’s super frustrating. Anyone else faced this?

For creating bullet or numbered lists in InDesign CC 2019, you can use the Paragraph panel. Select the text you want to turn into a list, then click on the bullet list or numbered list icon. If you want to customize the bullets or numbers, you can go into the Bullets and Numbering option in the Paragraph panel menu to change styles, indents, and formatting. The same approach works regardless of the language interface, so you can follow along easily in Hindi too.

Tried following the steps to create a numbered list in InDesign CC 2019, but the numbering just resets on every new text box instead of continuing. Not sure if it’s a setting issue or a version bug. Anyone else faced this? Really frustrating when the tutorial makes it look so simple.

Maybe to create a bullet list in InDesign CC 2019, you have to first select the text and then look for some option under the paragraph settings? I think it’s different from Word, so you might have to find a little icon or a menu that specifically says “Bullets” or “Lists.” Not sure if the shortcut works the same way either.

@Rakesh Bhardwaj For creating bullet and numbered lists in InDesign CC 2019, make sure your text frame is selected, then go to the Paragraph panel. You can find bullet and numbering options there—just click the icons to apply them. If you don’t see the panel, open it from Window > Type & Tables > Paragraph. Also, if you want to customize your bullets or numbers, use the Bullets and Numbering dialog from the panel menu for more control.
