@parag goyal If you need to quickly embed fonts throughout a multi-page file, try using the “Save As” PDF option with font embedding enabled or utilize Acrobat’s “Preflight” tool to embed missing fonts. For InDesign users, there’s an option to create a Package that gathers fonts and links. If you don’t have the original fonts, you could also try converting text to outlines with a script or batch process, though this can make text uneditable.

If the client forgot to embed or outline the fonts, simply running a macro won’t fix the font issue before printing. You’ll need to either get the fonts installed on your system or convert the text to outlines manually in a program like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. Otherwise, the print job might substitute fonts or cause weird formatting.

Tried using a batch processing script in Acrobat to embed the fonts on all pages automatically, but it only partially fixed the issue—some fonts still showed as unembedded. Looks like if the fonts aren’t fully installed on your system, the script won’t work properly. Might need to install those missing fonts first or convert the text to outlines in InDesign before exporting.

If you need to quickly convert all fonts to outlines (curve the fonts) in a multi-page PDF or document before printing, a common approach is using Adobe Acrobat Pro’s “Preflight” feature. It has a profile for outlining fonts that you can run on the entire file, avoiding the need for a manual fix per page. If you don’t have Acrobat Pro, try exporting the file to a PDF in a program like InDesign or Illustrator with the “Create Outlines” option enabled. This way, the fonts become vector shapes and won’t cause missing font issues during printing.
