Lately, my Windows 10 PC has been taking way too long to boot up, and it’s starting to get really frustrating. I’ve already checked the usual suspects like startup programs in Task Manager, but I’m worried about disabling something important that my system or antivirus might need. Is there a safe and effective way to speed up startup without risking stability? I heard about tweaking services or using built-in utilities but I don’t want to mess anything up.

Also, is it worth looking into disk optimization or system maintenance tools that come with Windows itself? Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all the options and don’t want to accidentally disable something critical. Any tips on balancing faster boot times and system reliability would be really appreciated!

@Rohan Patel I had the same issue and found that even after disabling startup programs, Windows Update was hanging during boot and causing delays. I ran the Windows Update troubleshooter and manually reset the update components via command prompt. After that, my boot times improved noticeably. It’s worth checking if any updates are stuck or if your system is trying to install updates repeatedly during startup.
