Hey everyone, I’ve noticed that my Windows PC takes a really long time to boot up, and it’s getting pretty annoying. I don’t want to install any extra software to manage startup programs or clean up the system. Is there a built-in way to speed up the Windows startup that I might be missing?

I’ve tried disabling some startup apps through Task Manager, but I’m not sure if there’s more to do, especially with services or system settings. Also, is it worth tweaking the BIOS settings related to fast boot, or could that cause problems? Any tips on using native Windows features to optimize boot times would be super helpful!

@Rohan Verma Avoiding extra software sounds good in theory, but I tried disabling startup programs manually through Task Manager and it didn’t help much. My boot times barely improved and it still felt sluggish. Might be something deeper like fragmented disk or hardware issues that you can’t fix just by tweaking startup items.
