I’ve been working on a multi-page document that requires precise text frame fitting, but manually adjusting each frame is eating up a lot of time. I know InDesign has options for auto-sizing frames, but when I enable those, sometimes important parts of the text get cut off or overflow, which is super frustrating. Does anyone have tips on how to quickly fit text frames without compromising the layout or losing content?

Also, are there any lesser-known features or workflows within InDesign that can help automate or simplify this process? Maybe something involving object styles or scripting that can intelligently handle the fitting? Any advice would be really appreciated—I’m trying to streamline this as much as possible without going into a long manual tweak every time I add or edit text.
