      Hey everyone, I’ve been playing competitive shooters for a while now, but I feel like my reaction time is holding me back from climbing the ranks. I know that quick reflexes are crucial, especially in fast-paced games like CS:GO or Valorant, but I’m not sure what specific exercises or habits actually help improve this skill.

      I’ve tried warming up with aim trainers before matches and making sure I’m well-rested, but sometimes it feels like my response is just slow no matter what. Are there particular drills or routines you recommend that focus on speeding up reaction time rather than just aim precision? Also, does adjusting settings like sensitivity or crosshair placement play a role in how quickly you can respond?
