I’m currently working on a 150-page publication with dozens of paragraph styles applied throughout. I find it quite challenging to keep everything consistent, especially when I need to tweak a style and ensure the changes propagate correctly. Sometimes, updates seem to affect unexpected areas or, worse, some paragraphs don’t update as I intended.
Has anyone found a streamlined workflow or best practices in InDesign for handling multiple paragraph styles efficiently? For example, is there a way to quickly identify where a particular style has been applied, or tools within InDesign that help prevent style overrides from creating inconsistencies? I would appreciate any tips on organizing styles or using features like style groups or libraries that can save time and maintain accuracy during revisions.
Thanks in advance!
