I’m working on a large InDesign project that requires a variety of different layouts, and I’m finding it quite cumbersome to keep track of all the master pages. I’ve created several masters already, but switching between them and applying the right one to the correct pages feels a bit tedious, especially when I have overlapping design elements.
Does anyone have tips on organizing master pages to avoid confusion and speed up the workflow? Also, are there particular best practices for naming conventions or grouping that help when you have numerous master pages? I’m hoping to find a way to minimize errors since applying the wrong master can mess up the entire layout.
Any strategies for quickly previewing or managing master pages within the Pages panel would be really helpful as well. Thanks in advance!
